Chef Jacqui
I have been referring to myself as Clean Chef Jacqui because I believe one should nourish the body with fresh, whole, minimally processed, clean foods. Semi-Clean Chef Jacqui, however, may be a more appropriate tittle. Although I love and strive to live by the clean eating principles, I also love to indulge in not-so-clean goodies such as such as wine, gourmets cheese, cured meats and all the other wonderful foods that make gastronomy amazing.
The nutrition professional in me wants to me to eat-clean 7 days a week; the chef and foodie in me wants to enjoy fabulous cuisine and new foods. Balancing these two concepts, health & nutrition and food & cooking, makes for a pretty sexy culinary dietitian!
